Order Cancellation:

Before Service Activation: You may cancel your order before activating your digital business card. To cancel, please contact us at digitizecard@gmail.com with your order details.

After Service Activation: Once your digital business card is active, cancellations are not permitted. However, you may request a refund under the conditions outlined below.

Return and Refund

Eligibility: You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service provided

Process: To initiate a refund, email us at digitizecard@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain services, such as customized design work or special promotions, may not be eligible for refunds.
